Team India Captain MS Dhoni is being criticized from all quarters regarding his Captaincy in Test Cricket. However, he has found support from former Pakistan all-rounder and ESPN TV Commentator Wasim Akram. The Pakistani legend reckons that this is not the time to discuss about MS Dhoni’s captaincy. Akram has gone onto say that it is a fashion and timepass for Cricket Pundits to discuss about Captaincy changes. The Media also loves to do the same according to Akram.
What was more interesting to hear from Wasim Akram was that he doesn’t rate Virender Sehwag too high when it comes to Captaincy. Infact he goes on to say that Virender Sehwag doesn’t have the qualities to become the Captain. According to Akram, Sehwag could not attract with his captaincy skills during the Adelaide Test which also was lost by India. Wasim Akram has also said that Virat Kohli is also ineligible for the job as he has just began his career in Test Cricket and one has to wait for another five years to even think of making him the Captain of India.
